Lucy Mills, Non-fiction (Christian, Prayer) and Inspirational Writer
Lucy is a writer and speaker. She is the author of Forgetful Heart: Remembering God in a Distracted World, published by Darton, Longman and Todd (2014). She has also written for various Christian magazines. An effective communicator, she is married to a Baptist minister and is actively involved in her local church.
When it comes to hobbies, she's a bit fickle - gardening, photography, card making, jewellery making, scrapbooking, songwriting and bird/wildlife watching are all things she has been known to enjoy. Every now and then she teaches herself to knit, but soon moves on to the next hobby and forgets how to do it (again). However, her favourite activity is sitting in coffee shops scribbling in a notebook; that's when she remembers that writing is fun.
As someone who struggles with Chronic Fatigue/ME, she writes and speaks with compassion and understanding. She is also an editor at Magnet magazine.
Specialist Interests Memory, identity, living in a digital age, exploring the Bible, what drives us, words and writing, Chronic Fatigue and living with limitation, going deeper in faith, creativity.
Lucy also has three self-published poetry/prayer anthologies available for Kindle: please see her Amazon Author Page for details.
